The Overwhelm Stops Here!
We start BIG and then work backwards into the daily details of your life.
1) Have a good think and meditation on where you want to be in each area of your life in 3 years time. Mind map this out on an A4 size piece of paper or bigger.
2) Now that you can see your ideal life in 3 years time, where would you like to be in a years time? I suggest that you mind map your 1 year vision out in your planner where it has your "1 Year Self Love Mission". (see mine as an example below)
Your 3 Month Self Love Quest.
Mind map your vision for the next 3 months and this will lead into knowing your big 3 goals for this quarter - what your planner is covering you for.
Next, it is time to write out your 3 goals for your 3 Month Self Love Quest. Write the specific in each heart and brainstorm all steps and ideas around the heart. (see my example below)
Next, this is your space for your weekly planning.
Use this section one week at a time. At the start of each week, first mark all of your important appointments and any other part of your schedule such as time marked to do the things you want to do.
So for example, if one of your goals is around Health then mark in time for you to exercise, meal plan, cook, meditate etc. Allocate it all so you can realistically see how much time you have and notice where you are spending your time.
Then as you start the next week it is time to reflect on the week that has just been. Note your 3 big wins and your improvements.
And finally, it is now time to do your daily pages!Remember, if you forget to do this for a day or two or even a whole week...just come back to your journal just like you come back home each day. This does not have to be an all or nothing behaviour!...in fact that is the last thing we want. Your journal is your tool that keeps you coming back home to yourself and your beautiful path!
You have space from the far left to fill up your time and see where you are going to spend it. Allocate it all is best - block out time for what you want to be doing that will get you closer to your goals.
You have space too on the left side page to write down your basic "to do" list and other thoughts such as people you need to connect with which could be seen differently as a "to do".
Preferably at the start of the day, do your gratitude where it asks you to think of just one thing you can be grateful for and then have 3 reasons as to why! This means you connect with deep, meaningful gratitude.
Then on the top of the right side page, you have your crucial daily diamonds.

Write these over the top of your Diamonds!
Highlight notes and tasks as you complete them so you can easily see what is complete and what is yet to do.

Who's Lauren, The Creator?
Lauren from a very young age has always been aspiring to discover, learn and experience new ways in which to improve the quality of her life and consequently, the life of others. Having experienced hypnosis when she was 16 years old that allowed her to overcome years of chronic pain, Lauren’s life had changed forever. It was from that experience onward she knew that in this lifetime it would be her mission to share that feeling of empowerment with as many people as she could to help others realise their infinite potential.
Lauren attended an introduction weekend workshop on NLP in 2005 and she found that she wanted to learn the skills and be able to share what she just experienced with others. She became certified as an NLP Practitioner just months after experiencing the weekend, learning & teaching ever since, now 11 years later she is a Master Trainer & Master Practitioner of NLP and Matrix Therapies along with other modalities such as Hypnosis, Chakra Mindset and the Universal Laws through Archetypes.
In the 9 years that she has trained NLP, Matrix Therapies, Hypnosis & now, Archetypal Coaching, she has taught literally hundreds of wonderful people that say she “transcends age with her wisdom & guidance”.
Lauren was the Vice Chair Person of the Australian Board of NLP as high standards of the NLP field is important to her. She is also a Registered Trainer Member and Clinical Member at the ABNLP and a Full Member of IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapists).
