A Technique To Do When Not Feeling Your Best Self

Yesterday, when I was feeling particularly stagnant and even doubtful of myself, being a coach for the last 15 years, not something I do often, as I hire other coaches to help me see what I don’t see, I coached myself.

I used a technique called Perceptual Positions and in 10 minutes I literally shifted my entire perspective, my energy and gained resources which immediately had me taking the right action again.

I did a 12 minute video on exactly what I did so you can do this technique with yourself when you might be feeling stuck, doubtful, down, hopeless etc.
